1. General Policy

Due to the nature of electronic products, gaming accessories, toys, mobile phones, smart devices, and related accessories, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Customer preference changes after purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, used, activated, installed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging, accessories, manuals, seals, or invoices.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.


2. Eligible Cases for Return, Refund or Exchange

A return, refund, replacement, or exchange may be approved if:

  • The product received is defective upon delivery.

  • The product is physically damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product significantly differs from the description displayed on our website.

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. Defect Reporting Period

Customers must report any defect, damage, missing item, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number or invoice.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Product packaging photos.

  • Description of the problem.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not qualify for replacement or refund unless covered under manufacturer warranty.


4. Inspection Process

All returned products are subject to inspection by our technical team.

A return, refund, or replacement may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse.

  • Physical damage occurred after delivery.

  • The product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with.

  • Serial numbers, warranty stickers, or security seals are removed or altered.

5. Mobile Phones, Tablets & Smart Devices

For mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, gaming consoles, and similar electronic devices:

  • Opened and activated devices cannot be returned for change of mind.

  • Manufacturing defects are handled according to manufacturer warranty terms.

  • Devices showing accidental damage, liquid damage, software modification, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for refund or replacement.


6. Gaming Products & Accessories

Gaming accessories, controllers, headphones, keyboards, mice, gaming gadgets, and related products:

  • Cannot be returned after opening for hygiene, compatibility, or preference-related reasons.

  • May be replaced only if a verified manufacturing defect is reported within the applicable period.


7. Toys & Ride-On Products

  • Toys must be checked upon delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, battery leakage, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Manufacturing defects reported within the approved period may qualify for replacement.


8. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.

  • Delivery, shipping, installation, assembly, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, delivered, activated, assembled, or handed over to the customer, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


10. Warranty

Products covered by manufacturer warranty will be serviced according to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer or authorized distributor.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage.

  • Water or liquid damage.

  • Misuse or negligence.

  • Power surges.

  • Unauthorized repairs.

  • Accidental damage.
