Refund & Return Policy – Mizar Mobiles and Toys

At Mizar Mobiles and Toys, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is physically damaged

  • The product is defective

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product has missing accessories or parts

  • Product is significantly different from its description


Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included

  • Product should not be damaged after delivery

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Mizar Mobiles and Toys.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used accessories

  • Used toys or RC vehicles

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


Damaged Package on Delivery

Before accepting delivery, customers are advised to inspect the package carefully.

If the package appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If customers accept damaged packaging, it will be considered accepted at the customer’s own responsibility.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR)

  • Refunds may take several business days depending on payment method

  • Replacement products are subject to stock availability

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Replacement Policy

Replacement may be offered for:

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Products with missing parts

Replacement depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Same model/color availability


Return Rejection

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product is damaged after delivery

  • Product is missing original packaging/accessories

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Return request exceeds the allowed return period


Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before shipment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Mizar Mobiles and Toys reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
